Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping notification when your order has shipped with tracking information when applicable.

Please note that once your order has been shipped, it is no longer in our control. We rely on our postal courier for delivery times. Keep in mind with high volume during the Holiday season, your delivery might be delayed.

We ask for your patience while your order is with the courier as we cannot product how long it will take for the courier service to deliver your products.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer Standard Free Shipping within Canada for orders over CA$65.

For orders below CA$65, there's a flat rate charge of CA$10 within Canada.

All shipping within Canada are provided by Canada Post, which include tracking information. Estimated delivery times for Canada Post shipment is 7-14 business days. However, during the Holiday Season this estimated delivery time is no longer a guarantee.

We also offer another Shipping option by CanPar should you decide to not choose Canada Post for your convenience. CanPar by Purolator is our alternative courier partner as they are more reliable during this time & the Holiday season.

Local delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over $50 within Hamilton, ON. For orders under $50, we charge $5 for local delivery.

We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide shipping to several countries at different rates. Shipping rates are calculated during check out.

For USA & the UK, we offer a flat rate of CA$25 for shipment by Canada Post with tracking number for Standard Shipment. For Expedited Shipments, please refer to the shipping rates calculated for you during check out.

For the rest of the world, shipping rates are calculated for you during check out. Please note that should you choose a non-trackable shipping options, we are not responsible should your item goes missing.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to some countries due to the strict custom & duties rules. As such, if your country is part of the no-shipping list, shipping rates would not be available to you during check out process. We apologize for this inconvenience.

Estimated delivery time ranges widely depending on the country of destination. As such, we cannot guarantee any on-time shipment as delivery times are out of our control.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Lua e Sol is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days (for Canada) and 30-45 days (for International customers) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@loveluaesol.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes at this moment.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We do not accept any refunds, returns and exchanges.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@loveluaesol.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
